This residential development is located in the centre of Chester and offers an ideal living experience. The building was previously an old office building with three floors that has been renovated into 8 luxurious flats. We were involved in the process right from the start and worked closely with the architects to plan the space on each floor to achieve a better flow. We have designed every room in the apartments, taking care of all design elements including wall treatments, interior lighting, flooring, and furniture selection. Additionally, we have designed bespoke furniture for each apartment, such as headboards and vanity units. Each apartment has a fresh, minimalistic feel that exudes luxury.
