“Tequila Baby!” is a bar that features a variety of mezcal, mostly made in Mexico. The bar’s design aims to embody the bright, fun, and vibrant Mexican lifestyle. The colourful bar gantry made of hundreds of multi-coloured fringes is a standout feature of the front of the bar. The retro-illuminated Mexican vintage posters cladding the bar front shine brightly and can be seen from a distance. The back bar features bespoke hand-painted Mexican tiles surrounded by bronze globe lights. The use of concrete, gunmetal mesh, and zinc details around the space balances and ties in with the street food venue where the bar is located. To add more liveliness to the space, lots of Mexican “papel picado” (Mexican banners) are hung from the ceiling.
